Polishing
Polishing is a key post-processing step for die casting parts, used to improve surface smoothness, remove minor defects, and enhance appearance. After casting, parts may have mold marks, flash, or surface imperfections. Through mechanical polishing, grinding, and finishing processes, these issues can be reduced to achieve a cleaner and more uniform surface. For zinc alloy and aluminum die castings, polishing improves surface quality and provides a better foundation for plating, painting, anodizing, and other finishing treatments. With proper process control, polished parts can achieve excellent appearance while maintaining dimensional accuracy and production consistency.
